The Turkey Open happens every year. While the women are at home cooking, the men compete at golf playing best ball. Bobby and Gary usually dominate the tournament, but this year there was a shift in powers. Brian and his friend Brian won by one stroke!Last year Bryce was finally old enough to go and hang out with the guys. He gets soooo excited! It has turned into a great tradition and lucky for the men it wasn't pouring rain as expected.
This was a very relaxing Thanksgiving. We usually have 3-4 houses to visit (we are popular)! This year we only went to Bobby's parents house. My parents went to visit my brother Emmir in Vegas but we decided to stay because Uncle Ed and Aunt Marie were coming for a visit. I really missed my parents and brothers but the party must go on. My kids ate more turkey sugar cookies than they did real turkey. Leah had a blast helping Grandma Donna clean up the kitchen. I don't know if she actually helped because most of the water ended up on the floor. We had a great time visiting with everyone!
